Senior Environmental Consultant

Neil has worked in environmental consultancy for over 10 years. After graduating from The University of Manchester with an Honours degree in Geology, Neil completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Protection at The University of Salford. He then gained experience with a leading environmental consultancy and after five years he joined TEAMS in 1999 as a senior site consultant to head up the newly formed Environmental Consultancy Section. Neil has considerable expertise in stack emissions monitoring, occupational hygiene surveys, Local Exhaust Ventilation testing and noise assessments. Neil has recently passed the BOHS Module M104 ‘Noise and Vibration’ and is currently working towards completing other BOHS modules. Neil is also a member of The Royal Society of Health.

Craig J Goulding BSc (Hons) NEBOSH Gen Cert

Senior Environmental Consultant

Craig has worked in the environmental consultancy and service sectors for 10 years. He graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a BSc (Honours) degree in Environmental Science. His first role after university was working for a leading stack emissions testing consultancy. He joined TEAMS Limited in 2001 to work for the newly formed Environmental Consultancy section where his duties involve carrying out noise assessments, stack emissions monitoring, local exhaust ventilation testing, occupational hygiene surveys and health and safety risk assessments. Craig has recently successfully completed the BOHS Module M104 “Noise and Vibration” and is working towards the Certificate in Occupational Hygiene. He has also recently completed the NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health.

Mark Drinkhill

Operations Manager

Mark has worked in the Water Hygiene and Water Treatment Industry for 12 years both in industrial and commercial areas.

Mark has specialised in the following:

-Legionella Risk Assessments according to ACoP L8
-Implementation of Water Hygiene Maintenance Programmes
-Clean and Chlorination of Cold Water Storage -Tanks and Associated Services
-Chlorination of mains pipe work
-Clean and Chlorination of Cooling Towers and -Evaporative Condensers
-All remedial works necessary to ensure compliance with Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999

Mark joined TEAMS in January 2004 and has successfully managed his team in the smooth running of high profile projects within the Water Hygiene Division. In addition Mark is also experienced in all aspects of Air Hygiene in accordance with HVCA TR19 and HTM 2025 regulations.

Jacob Varghese BSc( Hons) PG Dip NEBOSH Gen Cert

Water Hygiene Consultant

Jacob has worked as a water treatment specialist for 6 years both in the UK and overseas. He has gained specialist skills working in industrial environments especially in the plastics manufacturing, water treatment consultancy of petrochemical and steel industries sector. Jacob has a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry, a Post Graduate Diploma in Plastics Processing Technology and recently completed the NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health. Jacob also qualified with distinction in Legionella Control Risk Assessment and is an experienced water treatment engineer. Jacob joined TEAMS in early 2005 and has successfully managed a number of high profile projects.
